At Kyoritsu Seisakusho, we are currently manufacturing 'Pump ASSY' with a displacement of 65-90cc/rev, primarily for small construction machinery in the 5-10 ton range. This product is akin to the heart in a human being. Similarly, burrs are one of the significant issues. For the casings of the pump ASSY produced in-house using M/C, we have created a work instruction manual for burr removal and pay careful attention to burr processing. Our company is also equipped with a dedicated test bench.
